Ordering tips
Before You Order at a Coffee Shop
- Cup sizes are not standard. Each chain uses its own size names and volumes, so a “medium” at one shop may be larger or smaller than at another.
- Most drinks are built from a few basics. Espresso, milk, foam, water, ice and flavourings — our coffee terms guide explains the differences.
- Customisations can change the price. Extra shots, plant-based milks and syrups may cost extra at some locations.
- Prices vary by location. Always check the price in the official app or in store.
